Featuring Artist
Victoria Selbach
ART SHOW
Victoria, from an early age, has been drawn to faces. Highly aware of individual
characteristics and anomalies that bring life and individuality to interesting
characters.

Victoria studied drawing and pastel at the Carnegie Mellon Museum of Pittsburgh.
She continued on to art classes at Carnegie Mellon University.

Victoria relocated to New York City and graduated from Parsons School of Design.

Victoria's' work has exploded into strikingly modern, larger than life portraits that
capture the depth of the individual.

Her most recent series, Friends of 2008, shock with the portrayal of visual strength
and subtle inner beauty. The strong lighting and graphic approach to composition
elevate these faces from traditional portraiture to the status of modern fine art.
